Splashpark Design Workshop

In November 2024, 150 design professionals came together to attend this free workshop, where Shane Vardy built a splashpark from the ground up in 3D. Throughout the workshop, Shane shared his insights into hydraulic infrastructure and water quality, onsite infrastructure needs, aquatic slab structural requirements and discussions around water quality and plantroom provisions. He also convered crucial considerations around access, water bodies and features, sustainability options and how your desired outcomes can be achieved within your allocated budget.
Created for designers, asset owners and operators, this is a peek behind the curtain of splashpark design, with transparent access to design, hydraulic requirements, compliance and costings. The recording lasts for 60 minutes, with the splashpark constructed in 3D right before your eyes, followed by an in-depth Q&A at the conclusion of the session. All viewers who register via this form at the conclusion of the workshop and answer the requested questions will also be eligible for informal Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points and receive certification.
